SkinMD is NOW offering Telehealth Appointments!

SkinMD is using a HIPPA secure web-based application called to conduct our Telehealth appointments. You do not need to set up an account or user! Just click the link that you will receive at the time of appointment confirmation, check-in as instructed on the screen and your Telehealth appointment will begin! You
MUST use a device (cell phone, iPad, tablet, desktop or laptop) that has BOTH audio (mic) and visual (camera) capabilities for us to successfully diagnose and treat you!


Please make sure that we have your most recent insurance information and that you have completed and submitted all paperwork including: Patient Registration, Patient History and Financial Agreement. We will be unable to complete your Telehealth appointment without these documents- they can be submitted by scanning in an email to or by taking a photo and emailing it. SkinMD accepts Medicare, Tricare, BCBS, United Healthcare and Aetna. We will continue to work on adding Cigna. Your co-pay for the visit will be the same amount as your normal co-pay for a visit in our office. We will collect your co-pay in the form of a credit card payment prior to your appointment. We will bill your insurance for the balance of the visit.


SkinMD can “see” you too! We will collect your cash payment in the form of a credit card payment during your appointment. Please have the card available at the time of the appointment.

The cash pay rate is dependent on whether or not you are a NEW patient or ESTABLISHED patient, time spent, complexity of the diagnosis(es), and treatment plan.

  • RETURN Patients $100-$125
